What does a result contain?
An assessment per instrument, the checks with the clause behind each, related cases, a counterargument where the conclusion is a judgement call, missing information and next steps. View an example.
Is it a Credit Event determination or legal advice?
No. It supports your own review. Where the evidence is not enough, the result says Review required or Insufficient information.
How are my documents handled?
Private cases are never listed publicly unless you publish one yourself, never used to train any model and never used for related-case retrieval. For long documents, such as an indenture, only the sections that state the terms it checks are sent to our AI model provider, which does not train on them. Short documents (under about 60,000 characters) are sent whole. Data handling.
Can I switch billing or plans?
Yes. Upgrades are charged now, prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of the current period.
How is payment taken?
Stripe-hosted checkout. Card numbers never reach CDSBench servers.
